Impressions of Prempeh Form One boys (Class of 2011)

Monday, October 1, 2007

Prempeh College came alive today as the form ones made their way to the college. As has been the norm, the cadet boys were there to assist unload the trunks, chop boxes and mattresses. The masters especially the house masters were also present to admit the students into the college.

The Red Cross Society welcomed the new boys with a banner on October 1st

It was all joy for most of the students as their dream of making it to the college has materialised while others gnashed their teeth upon seeing the parents leave them alone in the school. These boys are yet to experience the unique life at Prempeh College.

There will be an orientation programme for the first year students on Tuesday and Wednesday where they will be addressed by the headmaster, Mr Owusu-Achiaw on the code of conduct at the college. They will also be shown around the college by the Protocol Prefects and will be addressed by the Senior Prefects on Wednesday.

prempeh.org wish the freshers a successful stay on campus.

The following are some of the impressions of the freshers so far:

Name: Isaac Owusu

Comments: This school stands above all other schools in Ghana here. I also think that this school has all the necessary facilities to make our lives comfortable.

Name: Saime Chris
House: Opoku Ware
Former School: Calvary Temple A/G
Comments: It's been an exciting school so far. When I was kid, it was dream to don the green shirt one day. It's a nice place with hygienic facilities which enhance teaching and learning. The seniors are sociable with the exception of a few who try to extort which I think is unfair. With the exception of that , I think the school has come of age and has produced prominent people in society notable, the President.
